We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The hotel had a unique character that you don't often find in more modern establishments, and the photos online give a great indication of its charm. We loved that there was a café right on site, making it convenient for a quick bite to eat. Plus, the location was perfect - right near the pier and within walking distance of some upscale restaurants. We also appreciated the nearby taxi rank for easy transportation. a truly enjoyable experience.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

A hotel with great character I stayed at Pier 42 for 3 nights before a sailing trip. I could not have picked a better place to stay. It is 1 minute from the pier in a chilled location. The hotel itself is beautiful surrounded by plants and trees and the rooms overlooking the swimming pool. The staff were wonderful and made me feel very welcome. It was great relaxing by the pool watching the resident monkey (boo boo) eating fruit from the trees. The only downside to my stay was not staying longer. Tip: Book into the spa for the best massage. Its a little more than the average on the street but its worth it.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable rooms. Staff knowledgable about the area and very helpful. Breakfast was good, maybe a little more choice but still very filling and a good start to the day.Would have liked to have had a kettle in my room to have been able to boil water for a tea or coffee. Location was very convenient for what i was doing with pleanty of attractions within a easy distance. Would recomend

This hotel is a lovely hidden gem that offers a fantastic atmosphere with its green gardens and tropical plants. The staff is always welcoming and ready to help you with anything you need, making you feel at home. The on-site restaurant serves delicious Thai food and great breakfast that is perfect before heading out for the day. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its convenient location close to the main pier, making it easy to arrange transport to anywhere in town.
Sadly, the hotel's location is not the best, due to the heavy traffic on the surrounding streets, making it hard to walk anywhere. , the rooms could use some improvements as the air conditioning can only be controlled by one key, which can be frustrating if you're traveling with a partner who wants to keep the room temperature different from your preference.

We only stayed in Pier 42 so we could get the speed boat early the next day from the pier (200m) away and as it was so cheap we really didn't expect much - however, it was really very tastefully decorated inside with very pleasant, clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Highly impressed.
Very unfriendly receptionist on desk when we arrived. No idea why she was so stroppy, but, have to say that if we were walk-ins (ie. Not booked first online), I'd have walked away to find somewhere else! Reception woman aside, no other complaints.

It is very nice place to stay. It does not remind a regular hotel just like a house. Furniture, design, garden, pool, bathroom, it is completely different than the regular ones.It is very silent and peaceful. If you would like to travel around like to the islands, it is very nice place to stay.
For that location, it is very good, I liked it.

the breakfast offered a good variety of continental as well as cooked meals. the location was convenient as it was within walking distance of restaurants and markets.
The location was a bit noisy and not very appealing. There wasn't much to do, unless one was interested in diving or boating.

Very very nice hotel !!! It was a perfect stay after the boat trip from PhiPhi to Phuket. Wish other hotels are as nice & friendly decorated & clean like this hotel! Really good value for money!
The hotel itself: really nothing! Just the area around the hotel is not so nice, but ok.

We loved the hotel's proximity to the boat pier, which made it convenient for sightseeing. The location, just off a busy street, provided a calm and peaceful environment. The staff were absolutely delightful, providing excellent hospitality. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great restaurant and spa on-site.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Small, cozy and friendly, especially the hotel staff. It offers everything you need in its own personalized way. The purpose of our trip was also to train at some muay thai camps and the location was perfect for that. I felt very much at home, and will definitely be back and recommend to anyone who's looking for a laid back, non-pretentious and tastefully decorated holiday/environment.

It was great staying in such a relaxing resort after being in Patong. When we arrived we treated ourselves to a massage which was super good. the spa lady let us choose our own oils they smelt great so we bought some to bring home as presents. The eco design of the resort was v.cool and they had some of the stuff for sale in the store also. The staff were soo helpful. I can't fault this hotel In the cafe The Doi Chaang coffee which they said comes from Thailand is v.good try the Wild Chivet coffee, I think the best coffee i have had that is not expresso :)
My freind thought the beds were a little firm but staff of the hotel put on a soft cover and things were fine.

We only stayed here because we were due to take the ferry to the Racha the next day. However, it was lovely and clean. The staff were fantastic and helpful. I am not sure what Chalong Bay is like location wise in Phuket, there didn't seem to be a beach nearby but I can't really comment as we were there for less than 24 hours.

The friendly staffs and great hospitality. It's a nice, cozy & quiet place to stay. And the beach is not too far away. A good place to relax and enjoy a good vacation.
